Objective

Urban Truant is a RYA Sailing School and having developed their new e-learning website for their theory courses, their mission was to try and dominate the competitive sail training industry by redesigning their main e-commerce website and enhance the ease of purchasing. I was asked to design a responsive website to display comprehensive information and combine all of the courses they offer.

Approach

Following a full UX initiative, I approached the design phase with a mobile-first methodology that focused on creating an engaging user experience without compromise. I wanted the use of imagery to play a big role to follow and expanded the fresh new brand identity across all mobile digital platforms. By incorporating a new and improved checkout with an uncomplicated navigation system, the user is able to book with ease and create an excellent user experience.
